We are proud to offer worldwide shipping via UPS Standard Delivery, covering customers in countries with UPS branches, except for countries considered unfriendly to Ukraine. Standard shipping costs start at $25 and may vary depending on the recipient's country. In addition, we provide UPS express delivery at a price starting from USD 35.

We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and safely around the world. Our standard shipping option utilizes the reliable services of UPS, ensuring that your package reaches its destination safely. Please note that certain countries are not eligible for delivery due to their unfriendly relations with Ukraine.

Please note that sometimes it takes us 1-2 business days to assemble orders before they are released to UPS. Therefore, when estimating the delivery time, it is important to add another 1-2 days.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 8-16 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
